Specific to Donations and Foundation Membership
All donations made to the Chief Ime Johnson Memorial Foundation are voluntary. By completing a transaction via Paystack, you confirm that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used.
As a non-profit organization providing immediate aid (food, training, resources), all donations are considered final and non-refundable once the transaction is successful.
While we respect donor intent, the Foundation’s Board of Directors retains final authority over the allocation of funds to ensure they meet the most urgent needs across our four core programs (Skill Acquisition, Widows, Motherless, and Community Dev).
Submitting a volunteer application does not guarantee acceptance. The Foundation reserves the right to decline any applicant based on internal vetting or lack of capacity.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Akwa Ibom State.
